Activate your product warranty within 14 days of receiving your order.
Warranty Coverage
Imani USA products come with the following warranty coverage from the date of delivery:
- i2 Plus Pro Motor: 2-Year Limited Warranty
- iBox: 2-Year Limited Warranty
- 90 Day Warranty: Charging dock, cups, inserts, cables, bottles, caps, etc.
Warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If your product qualifies, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Warranty Does Not Cover
-Accidental damage (drops, water exposure, etc.)
-Normal wear and tear (discoloration, scratches, build-up)
-Damage from improper cleaning or sterilization
-Modifications or use of third-party parts
-Lost or stolen items
-Secondhand or resold items
In-Warranty Repair
If your product is within our 2-year warranty period, we offer free repair.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs & Fees
If your product is out of warranty or was purchased/given secondhand, we offer flat-rate repair services:
Replacement Parts: $15 per part (up to 4 parts)
Service Fee (per motor): $25
Maximum Repair Cost: $85 per motor
We’ll confirm all costs before proceeding.
Repairs include testing and return shipping.
